Ordering a ride with iSplit is designed to be fast and clear. From opening the app to tracking your driver live, the whole process takes just a few seconds. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to order a taxi in Skopje.

Open the app
Open iSplit on your phone. If you don't have an account yet, it will guide you through a quick sign-in with phone number verification. It takes just a few seconds and you're ready to order.

Set the pickup location
The app automatically suggests your current location as the pickup spot. If you like, move the marker on the map or enter an address manually to set it exactly where the driver will meet you.

Enter the destination
Enter where you want to go. As you type, the app suggests addresses and well-known places in Skopje for a faster choice. Pick your destination and the route is drawn on the map right away.

See the price in advance
Before you confirm, you see the estimated fare for the ride. For transfers to and from the airport the price is fixed and known in advance, so there are no surprises at the end of the ride.

Confirm the ride
When you're happy with the locations and price, tap to confirm the ride. The request is sent to nearby drivers and as soon as someone accepts, you get a confirmation with the driver and vehicle details.

Track the driver live
Once the driver accepts the ride, you see the vehicle moving toward you on the map in real time, along with the estimated time of arrival. The same tracking continues during the ride to your destination.
What happens after confirmation
After confirmation you get a notification with the driver's name, the vehicle model and license plate. Before getting in, check that these details match the vehicle in front of you. The driver sees the same ride live as you do, so you're always on the same route.
Tips for faster ordering
Allow location access so the app can automatically find your pickup spot. For longer or nighttime trips you can share your ride with a trusted contact. If you plan ahead, airport transfers have a fixed price that you see even before you confirm.
