Stobi Winery is a modern winery right next to the ancient Stobi ruins on the road towards Gevgelija, with a cellar, tasting room and a restaurant serving Tikveš dishes. A private car takes you from Skopje straight to the door, and the same driver brings you home — nobody in the group has to stay sober behind the wheel.
The drive into Tikveš wine country
The winery sits right next to the ancient Stobi archaeological site, off the A1 motorway towards Gevgelija, not far from Gradsko. From Skopje it's a paved drive all the way to the entrance, with parking in front of the building. It covers 83 km and takes ≈ 1 h 20 min.
